Chicken, Scallion, & Chive Wontons with Hot Chili Sauce

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
  • 1/8 cup chives, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper, black pepper, salt
  • 6070 wonton wrappers

Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp hot chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Handful of scallions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Mix wonton mixture together in a food processor, pulsing until combined.
  2. Take a small spoonful, placing in each wonton and wet the edges, sealing together, and set aside
  3. In a large pot, boil water and add wontons in batches, cooking 4-5 minutes.
  4. While cooking, create the sauce mixture and pour over top cooked wontons and enjoy!
