- 1 package of Garlic and Herb Boursin cheese
- 1 package of crescent dough
- ½ cup sweet tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of garlic powder and red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt and black pepper to season
- Honey
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350.
- In a bowl, add the tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper, fully coating the tomatoes.
- Cut the dough into 16-20 even sizes and press gently into a greased mini muffin tin.
- Add a small chunk of the cheese into each dough square, topping with the marinated tomatoes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
- Top with honey and parsley — enjoy!
