- 1 shallot, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, grated or shredded, more to top
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated or shredded, more to top
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- 4–5 cups spinach, fresh
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- Fresh black pepper, to season
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the butter, garlic, and shallot, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, 5-7 minutes
- In a bowl, add your grated white cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and seasonings, combining. Mix in the milk next.
- Once the spinach is done, adds it to the cheese mixture, combining. Add the spinach dip to an oven safe dish and top with more white cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes and broil for 2-3 minutes, and the cheese is bubbling and browning.
- Serve warm with pita chips or bread and enjoy!
